You may give someone else a copy of the Installer so that they can install the Free Limited Edition. If more than one person is using the Full Edition at any time, each person must have his or her own license. You may allow someone else to use your copy of the Full Edition, but only if no more than one copy of the Full Edition is in use at a time. You may install and use the Software on one or more personal computers or other compatible devices for your own use. If you have any questions about this Agreement, please contact ResearchWare, Inc. There are no limitations on the amount or type of data that can be entered into a Full Edition.

" Full Edition" means a copy of HyperRESEARCH which has been unlocked by entering a license key.

You can enter and purchase a license key to remove these limitations. The Free Limited Edition limits the amount and type of data that can be entered. " Free Limited Edition" means an unlicensed copy of HyperRESEARCH, into which no license key has been entered. If you do not want to be bound by this Agreement, do not install or use the Software. Read this Agreement carefully before installing the Software, because if you install, copy, or use the Software, you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement applies to all parts of the HyperRESEARCH software (the “ Software”): the HyperRESEARCH program, its documentation, its tools, its Installer, its license keys, and any other software, physical media, or printed information that is part of the HyperRESEARCH Software. and you, an organizational or individual user of HyperRESEARCH Free Limited Edition or HyperRESEARCH Full Edition.

This software license is a legal agreement (the " Agreement") between ResearchWare, Inc. The following are the End User License Agreements (EULA) you are agreeing to by using our software: If someone else is going to be using your license key at the same time as you, then they (or you) should buy another license.

However, you should ensure that you have purchased sufficient licenses to cover all concurrent users. Install it where and on what platforms you need to for your use to do your work. This means that each license can be used on either a 'per user' basis (one user can install it on multiple computers - any mix of Macintosh or Windows - provided only one copy is in use at a time) or a 'per seat' basis (install on a single computer and anyone with access to that computer can use it, or use key server technology to limit the number of concurrent users on a network). Nothing technically prevents you from using your license key to install and unlock our software on any number of computers of any mix of platforms (Mac/Win), it's on the honor system! Please adhere to the spirit in which we license our software.

A major update with a fee associated with it will require a new license key to unlock. It will also unlock any free updates (new versions) of the software. The downloads are the same downloads as the "trial versions," so if you've already downloaded and installed the trial or demo software, simply use the license key to "unlock" the software.Ī valid license key "unlocks" the downloadable "free trial" versions of our software, removing trial version limits on numbers of codes and cases for HyperRESEARCH and allowing saving and printing in HyperTRANSCRIBE.Ī valid license key is perpetual, meaning that if it unlocks a specific version of our software it will always unlock that version. The same license key can unlock either or both versions of the software. Simply download the Macintosh installer for installation on a Macintosh computer, and the Windows installer for installation on a Windows computer. When you purchase our software (HyperRESEARCH or HyperTRANSCRIBE, or both together as a HyperBUNDLE), what you're actually purchasing is a "license key."Ī valid license key will activate the full versions of the software on any platform (Macintosh or Windows) that we support.
